Lets talk about Phobia's

What a day. It was a long day at work. I just got home. I have this phobia of driving the highways so I don't. Well tonight I decieded I wanted to get home and enough was enough. So..... guess what I did.... I finely took the highway home. I can't believe it. And I didn't even call my husband and ask him the way to get home. Hooray for me.

Jewel,
Guess what? My husband has the SAME phobia. He will NOT take the interstate when he drives. He will take country roads, state roads, and US Highways....nothing with an entrance and exit ramp!! ME? I take the interstate all the time; if he is the passenger seat he is white-knuckled the entire time. Sadly, my 13-year-old son seems to be picking up these vibes from Dad. The last time I took him to Lafayette for guitar lessons I took I-65 and he told me he doesn't like the interstate.Hmmmm!!!
Hope all is well with you. Also, I
miss hearing from Lisa. We have not been able to connect either on the phone, blog, or messaging. Next time you talk to her, tell her her twin says "hi".
Hugs to you, Jewel!!!

Way to go Jewel! Unless you've been driving on them since you were a teen they're always scary!
